  The staff make the experience in store so easy, friendly and polite. Please install air conditioning I don’t know how your staff survived in there all day.

  Title: Completely defeats the purpose of the "unlimited lifetime refills" I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received at the Sunglass Hut store inside the O2. I previously purchased a pair of Versace sunglasses here and bought into their additional lens cleaner package, which is heavily advertised as having "unlimited lifetime refills." Recently, the spray button on my bottle stopped working. When I brought it into the O2 branch to get it refilled/sorted, the staff gave off an incredibly negative vibe and were completely unhelpful. Instead of honoring the lifetime promise or replacing the faulty bottle, they spent their energy trying to pressure me into buying a completely new one. This entirely defeats the purpose of paying for a lifetime refill scheme. I shouldn't have to keep digging into my pocket to pay for a new bottle just because the plastic mechanism failed on the one I bought. The attitude of the staff was poor, and the handling of what should have been a simple lifetime guarantee was shocking. I won't be using this branch again.

  Went on a random visit to the Sunglasses Hut Store at O2, as I entered I met Mr. Jay who was extremely welcoming, he addressed me with the varieties of brands along with the discounts for each section, which was overwhelmingly because I personally look for discounts and offers all the time while shopping. To my surprise I found the Versace Shades which was worn by The Notorious B.I.G., I got them, the billing process was smooth, it was a great experience here. Thank you Jay

  Absolutely love my new Aviators! The quality is exactly what you’d expect from Ray-Ban. Sturdy frames and incredibly crisp lenses. They’re stylish enough for any outfit and offer amazing sun protection without being too heavy for all-day wear. Definitely worth the investment!

  I recently visited Sunglass Hut at the O2 and had such a positive experience that I felt it deserved a mention. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and full of energy. A big part of that was thanks to the manager, Chiara. She was absolutely fantastic - bubbly, engaging, and genuinely invested in making sure I was happy with my purchase. Her enthusiasm made the whole experience enjoyable rather than just a routine shop. She took the time to help me find the right pair and made sure I was getting the best value, especially with the discount they had running at the time, which was excellent. It really felt like she cared about customer satisfaction rather than just making a sale. Overall, the vibe in the store was great. I felt welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. It’s not often you get service like that, and it definitely stood out. I’ll happily return in the future.
